This Policy applies to Passengers using the App/Portal, whether browsing without an account or using features such as registration, ride requests/bookings, in-app messaging, and payments.

A. Data You Provide

• Account & Identity: name, phone number, email, preferred language, profile photo.
• Verification (if requested): ID/driver’s license (for authenticity checks only), photos, supporting documents.
• Ride Details: pick-up and drop-off points, seat counts, preferences.
• Communications: in-app messages and support tickets.
• Payments: tokenized payment details from the payment gateway (we do not store full card numbers).

B. Data Collected Automatically

• Device/App Info: device identifiers (e.g., Device ID/App Instance ID), OS, app version, language, IP address, usage and performance logs/crash reports.
• Location (GPS): precise/approximate location during use and sometimes in the background to enable core features (matching, route display, safety). You can manage location permissions in your device settings.
• Cookies/Similar Tech (Portal): used for essential operation and analytics.

C. Data from Third Parties

• Payment Providers: payment confirmations and tokenized details.
• Maps/Location Providers: coordinates/addresses to enable features.
• Auth/Notifications/Analytics Providers: e.g., sign-in, push notifications, metrics.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories unless required by law or you provide them for a specific verification purpose.

• Service Delivery / Contract: create/manage your account, match with drivers, process bookings and payments, send trip notifications.
• Safety & Compliance: prevent fraud/abuse, investigate incidents, respond to lawful requests.
• Improvement & Analytics: monitor performance, fix crashes, develop features.
• Communications: service messages, alerts, and customer support. Marketing (if any) only with your consent; you can opt out.

Legal bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent (where applicable).

• With Drivers for your trip: your name, profile (if any), and relevant pick-up/drop-off details to complete the ride safely.
• With Service Providers (processors): payments, maps/location, hosting, notifications, analytics, customer support—bound by contractual safeguards.
• With Authorities: upon lawful request or to protect rights/safety.
• Corporate Transactions: in mergers/restructurings, under adequate safeguards and notice.

We do not sell your Personal Data.

Your data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms) plus technical/organizational protections.

• Account Data: retained for the life of your account and for a reasonable period afterward unless law requires longer.
• Bookings/Payments: retained for accounting/legal purposes (e.g., several years, depending on local law).
• Logs/Analytics: retained for reasonable periods, then deleted or anonymized.

When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify data in line with our retention schedules and legal requirements.

• Access your data and obtain a copy.
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion in certain cases.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Data portability (where applicable).
• Withdraw consent at any time for consent-based processing (e.g., background precise location, marketing).

Disabling Location/Notifications in your device settings may limit core features (matching/ride tracking). If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

On the Portal, we use necessary cookies for operation and functional/analytics cookies to improve performance. You can manage preferences via your browser settings.

In the App, SDKs may be used for analytics/performance/notifications; you can limit some behaviors in device or app settings.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, security monitoring). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Services are intended for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If a minor is discovered to have registered, we will close the account and delete data as permitted by law.

The App/Portal may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their practices; please review their privacy policies before sharing data.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use after publishing the updated Policy constitutes acceptance. The “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly.
